Rangescheme Limited is an industrial business park situated in a prime location in Wigan.

We currently have over 20 units ranging in size from 1,800 sq.ft to 9,500 sq.ft with plans to continuously expand the site. Most of the industrial units are approx. 2,400 sq.ft to 2,800 sq.ft in size but we are able to cater for most requirements.

We have a large variety of current tenants (see tenants page) and we are able to offer both short and long term leases and the estate is protected by onsite security - 24 hours a day, 7days a week.

The site used to be an old railway yard which was last used by British Rail in the sixties when they electrified the West Coast Line.

Rangescheme Limited was established in 1991 when the purchase of the site was made. The first task was to remove approx. 120,000 tonnes of ash and hardcore to provide a level site. We refurbished the two existing buildings and then proceeded to add more industrial units over the site which extends in whole to 12 acres.

The site has successfully developed into a thriving and popular business estate.

Industrial Units

The site is still under development with the construction of new units under way at the moment. There are plans to build more units in the future with the possibility of moving into the construction of an office block on site.
